We are looking for a great Pizzaiolo to produce our traditional sourdough Pizzas. We only use the freshest ingredients and traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven techniques to produce our pizzas. The perfect candidate will have experience of making traditional Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, will be able to work in a high-pressure environment, whilst following SMASH’s high health & safety and hygiene standards. Finally our Pizzaiolo will need to be a great communicator in order to lead the rest of the kitchen team.
